One Stop
One Stop offers food to the WNMU Community free of charge, and you choose what you take home. As a WNMU Student, you simply register your name and go shopping. WNMU Staff and Faculty are welcome too!
Located in the Student Life Lounge (3rd Floor Student Memorial Building) AND in the Deming Mimbres Learning Center Rm 131, One Stop proudly offers:
- The One Stop Pantry open Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Come in as often as you like and choose how much you take with you (within reason)
- a weekly farmstand (in the Student Life Lounge to offer easy to grab-and-go produce every Tuesday
- a monthly Mobile Food Pantry provided by Roadrunner Food Bank hosted on the first Wednesday each month
- SNAP application assistance
- Connection to other community resources (in your area)
One Stop is run by the Student Life department- stop by, see what we have to offer, grab a snack and some groceries, and check our Student Life events while you’re here.
Our items are donated by Roadrunner Food Bank, community partners such as the Gospel Mission of Silver City and The Commons Grant County, WNMU Staff and Faculty, and our kind community members. If you would like to donate, you can: drop off donation items at the pantry, order for us from the Amazon Gift List , make monetary donations through the WNMU Foundation with this QR Code, or come in and donate your time with the Mobile Food Pantry.

Hours of Operation
Students only need to present their Mustang Card to receive services. Drop by the One Stop in the Student Life Office on the 3rd Floor of the Memorial Building Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm or the Deming Mimbres Learning Center Monday- Thursday 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Friday 8 am to 12 pm.

One Stop Partnerships
One Stop partners with local, regional and national organizations. The WNMU One Stop is an official site of the Roadrunner Foodbank and a member-site of the College and University Food Pantry Alliance. Local partnerships include the Silver City Gospel Mission, Walgreens, Albertson’s, and CVS
Donations
Donations are accepted of the following items: non-perishable food items, cleaning supplies, small kitchen appliances, can openers, and toiletries. Items may be dropped off at the Student Life Office on the 3rd Floor of the Student Memorial Building. Swipe Out Hunger
WNMU became the first university in New Mexico to partner with Swipe Out Hunger in August 2019. This partnership allowed for meal swipes to be donated by students to other students who needed access to the dining hall. During the 2019-2020 school year, 177 meal swipes were donated. Transportation
Students get free access to Corre Caminos Transportation, through their student fees. Simply present your Mustang Card at the time of pick up. Click here for route and pick up times.
Student Health Services
Students can access medical, dental, and behavioral health services through Hidalgo Medical Services (HMS), located near campus at 1007 N. Pope Street. HMS can be contacted at 575-388-1511. A Mustang Card must be present to receive services.
