It’s time to burn off some extra calories before turkey time! Run or walk 10 miles AND Row 1500 meters in one week (Nov 8-14) to complete this challenge. Use any app to track your miles outdoors and screenshot, or take a photo of the treadmill or rowing machine in the Fitness Center to show C-Rec staff!
